• The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Damaged Goods

(1) To ensure problem-free shipment we ask you to take a video of you opening the parcel. (We suggest you to do this so that in case of damaged goods, we can see it as a proof that the damage was not done by you.) 

(2) If a customer does not have video as proof in terms of damaged good, techfinder electronics is not liable for any exchange, refund or any kind of losses. 

Payment Policy

We offers multiple payment options to our customers which is as below: 

• Cash on delivery: We offer Cash on delivery facility in most of the cities of India.(DUE TO AN ERROR ON OUR SIDE, TECHFINDER DOES NOT OFFER COD FOR THE TIME BEING, although other modes of payment like Bank Transfer - UPI - Credit Card - Debit Card etc are available)

Online mode of payments: 

• We also offer to pay online directly through our website techfinder.in using our payment gateway partners Razorpay - PhonePe - PayUmoney.
