Cancellations, Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
(1) Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
(2) we suggest to reach us out on +919825257770 or info@techfinder.com regarding the product you wish to shop before making an online purchase. Once you have made the transaction through techfinder, unless a legitimate reason, the order can neither be returned nor cancelled.In case of legitimate reason the return is acceptable only within 2days(with video proof).
(3) Refunds cannot be processed until the product has been safely returned to us. Please ensure the item is shipped back in its original condition to facilitate your refund. It may take 15-20 days to process your refund request.
(4) In case of a query or complain regarding a particular product or brand (if your query or complaint doesnot concern services provided by techfinder) kindly contact customer care of the same brand. {you can access customer support of any brand directly from web} Techfinder offers base-level support to their customers, pressing concerns of customers will be sorted by the manufacturers.
Cancellations By Customer
(1) Orders can be cancelled on the same day they are placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure the request can be processed before dispatch. We appreciate your prompt communication and understanding.
(2) We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort. Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done as soon as possible, if the order has already been dispatched we cannot take your cancellation request in consideration. (In case of exceptional cancellation,the customer will recieve 3% less on the original amount)Please reach out to us at orders info@techfinder.in or with your order number.
(3) Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
(4) The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by techfinder electronics pvt ltd and accept The techfinder’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund
(1) We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece. We don’t have reverse pick up facility. Please send your product back to address below.

You can also call us to know details about the product if needed. Return not accepted if customer does not like the electronic surveillance systems. Please read the description before ordering as the Camera resolution type is mentioned. Return not accepted if the item is scratched,tarnished or used. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
(4) ALL ITEMS OF SALE SECTION ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE, PLEASE BE SURE OF PRODUCT DETAIL DESCRIPTION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
(5) All the purchases will be non-refundable. If at all the customer places an order without confirming details with our company first, the payment will be recieved 5% less on the original amount.
(6) In case of exceptional refunds, it may take 15-20 days to process your transfer request. (if your request has not been attended until then, kindly contact us, we like to ensure our customers satisfaction.)
(7) EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT CAMERA BRAND AND ACCESSORIES ONCE PER ORDER.
(8) Please use the store credit in one go while placing the order. No new store credit will be issued in any circumstances.
Exchange
(1) exchanges are not available!
(2) If you receive a product that does not match your order, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To facilitate an exchange, please provide all necessary proofs, such as photographs and the order confirmation, to substantiate the error. Upon verification, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth resolution.
(3) For international orders, the customer is himself responsible to bear the TO and FRO shipping cost for the exchange. For international orders- In case you would like us to ship the exchanged product locally in India to avoid the additional international shipping fee, we can do the same free of cost. Exchanges are accepted only if there is some manufacturing defect, then the sensor products should be sent back to us (address given below). The item should be dispatched back to us within 5 days after delivery and the amount of exchange product will be credited in techfinder’s wallet account of customer, which will be equal to amount of exchange product minus COD and shipping charges while placing the new order. Please write a note with your order no and product id required for the cctv . If a product is wrongly delivered to you, or there is some manufacturing defect from our end please send it back to us as we don't have reverse pick up facility, we will refund your courier charges.( We will issue refund of Rs.150/- maximum for courier charges, we advise our clients to go with a feasible courier company) 10-12% products difference depends on the camera resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
(4) Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India. For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country. Please do put in the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange. The electronic products should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also the electronic products should be properly packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.
(5) Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed. All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable. Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria) (Note: Address will be mentioned on the parcel Received by customer)
